Growin’ Up

Well, I’m 19.

To be honest, it doesn’t feel any different at this point. I still feel like the same me. But what bothers me the most is the fact that I have only one more year until I turn 20. That just blows my mind. To think I’m about to reach the big two-zero. Years ago in freshmen year of high school I would’ve never thought myself to reach this point but here I am.

All things aside, life up until now has been dandy. My friends usually poke fun at me at getting rejected by nearly every girl I meet and that’s perfectly fine. Relationships only make up a very small part of what life has to offer. Sure, I just put up two other pictures of some other failed attempt but that’s what just happens.

I got to live a life where I chose where I got to go and what I wanted to do. There’s still the offer of a bright future ahead of me. If anything, I want to grow up but at the same time I don’t want to. It’s a weird cycle I guess. But that’s life from the beginning of time. The same sequence of time for each person. However, it’s how we use that time that defines us as people.

This is some good philosophical stuff here kiddos.

If you’re under 18 or still in high school, trust me this feeling will come across one day.
